Hello Leon,
This is your backed up copy of the service pack files that are used for
items like Windows File Protection or for when you Add/Remove Windows
components.
This is referenced under
HKLM\software\microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup:servicepacksourcepath
and servicepackcachepath.
This folder is usually unique per machine, but it can be copied to another
drive if those registry settings are pointed to the new folder.
