Hello,

Does anyone out there know if it is possible to upgrade a Windows 2003 Web
Edition Server to a 2003 Server Standard Edition?.. preferably without
reformatting!!

We recently found out the hard way that Reporting Services 2005 will not
even install on Web Edition 2003 regardless of version. This is truly
unfortunate since Reporting Services and a Basic .Net 2.0 based website are
all we would be running.

Anyone have a upgrade success story complete with DETAILS!!.

Thanks in advance!!

Unfortunately, 2003 Web Edition-->2003 Standard Edition is not a supported
upgrade path, you'll need to reinstall:
